Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Correos Spain with tracking and drop-off with signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched with special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Every product you order at Trart is an individual item, manufactured by hand for you. That’s what distinguishes us from other e-commerce retailers. Returns aren’t put back on our warehouse shelves, as we can’t resell them. This is why we want to make sure you’re 100% content with your order. And if you should not be completely happy for any reason, just make use of our 100-day return guarantee
To return your product, you should send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will tell you how it is done.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Once the goods are returned to us in the original and unused condition, we will quality check them and process a refund. Depending on the original payment it may take a few weeks to see the refund on your account.
